P. P. Mustafa belongs to a middle class family at Ponnani in Malappuram district Kerala, India. He worked hard in the early years of life taking care of a large family and started number of small businesses for livelihood. He is now one of leading cement, iron & steel dealer in Malappuram district. As a person who knows the hardship of poor people always wants to work for them but, his financial position had prevented from doing anything for them and when his business expanded, he started his charity work helping his neighbors and fellow workers. His first major activity was a natural drinking water project which was aimed at making drinking water available to families in neighborhood. Scarcity of water is a big problem for many in the locality but his residential compound is blessed with plenty of water sources. He undertook the activity three years ago without any external support except from his close friends. He himself constructed a large water tank capable of storing large volume of water and kept this tank open for all his neighbors. Project was very well appreciated by people in the locality which encouraged him to undertake similar activity for helping poor and unprivileged people. As he has enough water sources available in his compound, he together with his friends started supplying water in to those who are needy in the nearby villages. At present his activities are confined to water supply projects. He recently initiated steps to promote campaign against life style diseases and rehabilitation of mentally retarded people. However, promotion such activities require more resources and support of many people. Though he started all these charity work in his personal name on small scale, he desires to undertake it on large scale involving similar minded people and this dream has come true when "Wardha Charitable Trust" was formed in 1st January 2013. Though the trust was registered, no activity could be started due to legal formalities associated with its formation. This trust consists of five permanent trustees and trust is aimed at formulating and implementing charitable activities such as;

A part from our existing potable water supply unit, we are planning to develop a water supply group based in Kerala. We are planning to provide water supply for drinking purposes. In spite of copious rain and availability of sufficient drinking water, some rural areas face acute drinking water shortage during the summer months. Wardha Water Waves are ready to supply water on war time basis for the above situation.

It is a well-accepted fact that a patient who receives basic care from trained professionals and is transported to the nearest healthcare facility within 15–20 minutes of an emergency has the greatest chance of survival. EMS is an essential part of the overall healthcare system as it saves lives by providing care immediately.
